Garage with a party room

This project consists of a new 40' x 24' two car garage with a large party room overlooking a landscaped back yard. The space contains a 1/2 bath, outdoor shower, gas fired stove, and two large glass  and aluminum garage doors to help bring the outdoors into the space.
